Capital Recruiters is an international recruitment agency helping companies find and hire strong professionals across technology and other specialist areas.

We work with clients across European and international markets and combine traditional recruitment expertise with modern sourcing, automation and AI-powered recruitment tools.

We are now looking for an experienced recruiter based in Estonia who can combine recruitment delivery with client development and help us grow our presence in Estonia and the Baltic region.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who would like to combine recruitment with business development and have more influence on how the business grows.

Initially, your work will combine two main areas: recruitment delivery and client development.

You will personally work on recruitment assignments, communicate with clients, develop new business relationships and help grow Capital Recruiters in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Depending on your experience, languages and professional network, you may also work with clients in the Nordics, Poland, Germany or other European markets.

As the business grows, there will also be an opportunity to build and lead a small recruitment team.

What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments from vacancy intake to successful placement.
• Source, engage, interview and assess candidates.
• Work directly with clients and hiring managers.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify companies that may need recruitment support and proactively approach them.
• Participate in client meetings, commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Help develop Capital Recruiters’ presence in Estonia and across the Baltic region.
• Work across IT and technology recruitment as well as other professional areas depending on client demand.
• Represent our Estonian company locally, including signing standard commercial agreements and company documents.
• Gradually take more ownership of the local and regional business as it develops.
• Potentially participate in building and managing a recruitment team as the volume of business grows.

The role includes appointment as a member of the Management Board of our Estonian company. The scope of authority and related responsibilities will be explained in detail during the interview process.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on recruitment skills and ability to independently manage vacancies.
• Experience working directly with clients and hiring managers.
• Commercial mindset and interest in business development.
• Confidence in approaching new people, developing relationships and creating new opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Fluent English.

Strong Advantages

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency.
• Experience in IT or technology recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across several industries or types of positions.
• Business development, recruitment sales or account management experience.
• Fluent Estonian.
• German, Polish, Finnish, Swedish or another relevant European language.
• Existing professional network in Estonia, the Baltics, Nordics or other European markets.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing recruiters.
