{"id":8446,"date":"2026-10-04T10:20:07","date_gmt":"2026-10-04T09:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capitalrecruiters.com\/?p=8446"},"modified":"2026-10-04T10:20:07","modified_gmt":"2026-10-04T09:20:07","slug":"business-development-manager-b2b-distribution-cctv-networking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.capitalrecruiters.com\/pl\/business-development-manager-b2b-distribution-cctv-networking\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Development Manager \u2013 B2B Distribution, CCTV &#038; Networking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an <strong>international technology company developing networking, connectivity and video-surveillance solutions for business customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The company is expanding its B2B sales team in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced <strong>Business Development Manager<\/strong> to develop relationships with distributors, channel partners and technology resellers.<\/p>\n<p>The role combines channel development, partner management and active sales across the CCTV, networking and IT infrastructure markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Develop B2B sales through distributors and channel partners across Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and onboard new distributors and sub-distribution partners.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with value-added distributors, resellers and technology partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support partners in developing sales opportunities and expanding their customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Promote integrated networking and video-surveillance solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Organize partner meetings, product presentations, workshops and training activities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities through distributor and partner networks.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the sales pipeline and develop new B2B accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing and technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor activity and market developments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>5+ years of B2B sales experience.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>At least 3 years of experience in the CCTV \/ video-surveillance market.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong experience working with distributors or channel partners.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the Ukrainian B2B technology market.<\/li>\n<li>Existing relationships with distributors, integrators, resellers or other technology partners would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing new accounts and managing a sales pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>Background in CCTV, enterprise networking, IT infrastructure or related technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>English: B1 or higher.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Valid Category B driving licence.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What the Company Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Employment with a well-established international technology business.<\/li>\n<li>Official employment in Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>Employee reservation eligibility.<\/li>\n<li>Company laptop and required working equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Monday\u2013Friday working schedule.<\/li>\n<li>No regular overtime.<\/li>\n<li>Annual compensation review.<\/li>\n<li>Direct cooperation with the local management team.<\/li>\n<li>Two-stage online interview process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role would be particularly interesting for candidates with experience in <strong>CCTV, networking, IT distribution, channel sales, system integration or infrastructure solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international technology company developing networking, connectivity and video-surveillance solutions for business customers.
