About the Company: Our client is a prominent international product company operating in the financial technology and online trading sector. With a global presence (offices in the UK, UAE, and the EU) and a team of over 600 professionals, they are currently transforming their system architecture and expanding their product team. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of their payment solutions and infrastructure.
What You Will Do:
- Drive product discovery: conduct user interviews, market analysis, hypothesis validation, and competitor research.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog with a strong focus on key business metrics (revenue growth, user retention).
- Create clear and comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, User Stories, JTBD, acceptance criteria).
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, analysts, designers, and top management.
- Track product metrics to ensure steady growth and high performance.
- Monitor changes in the payments landscape, including regulatory requirements and emerging market trends.
What We Expect:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- At least 3 years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or the broader Fintech domain.
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and hands-on experience with payment orchestration systems.
- Strong proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or Metabase).
- Ability to decompose complex tasks and apply effective prioritization frameworks.
- Languages: Fluent Russian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.

- Competitive salary up to ~€100,000 gross per year.
- Full relocation support to Limassol, Cyprus, including a one-time relocation bonus of €3,000.

- Hybrid work format: Mandatory office presence in Limassol with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week. Additionally, you are granted up to 60 days a year to work fully remotely from anywhere in the world.
