IT Recruiter (Freelance / Full-cycle)
About Us: Capital Recruiters is an agency that has been helping tech companies hire Senior/Lead engineers since 2007. We operate by strict standards, digitize every step of the process, and provide our recruiters with the best tools on the market.
Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter, but the “work when I feel like it” or “black-box” approach will not work for us. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized professional who understands that recruiting is a funnel and a daily effort. We are looking for a partner who will be fully integrated into our processes, maintain transparent communication, and close vacancies end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities (Full-cycle):
Sourcing & Multichannel Communication: Building search logic (Boolean / X-Ray), systematically working the market (daily outreach quota: 40-50 target candidates), and engaging with them across various channels.
Screening: Independently conducting HR video interviews with candidates, assessing their motivation, English proficiency, and overall fit.
ATS Management: Strict adherence to our core rule: “If a candidate or action is not in our ATS, it doesn’t exist for the business.” You must log all contacted candidates (not just the ones you submit to the client), track the full communication history, and update statuses.
Transparency: Keeping your finger on the pulse so we can track your daily activity in the database without any need for micromanagement.
What Is Critical For Us (Requirements):
Time Commitment: Readiness to consistently dedicate a minimum of 4 hours daily (Mon-Fri) to work on our vacancies. A “2 hours every 3 days” approach is not an option.
Experience: 2-3+ years in IT recruitment (proven experience in closing Senior/Lead roles is mandatory).
Personal Traits: High discipline, strong organizational skills, structured workflow, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
English: A level sufficient to smoothly conduct video interviews with candidates.
What We Offer:
Income without a ceiling: Strictly placement-based bonus — 25% of the candidate’s monthly gross salary (no fixed base rate).
Tools: We provide access to our corporate ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, SalesQL, and Google Workspace.
Projects: Engaging and complex vacancies from product tech companies in Ukraine and across Europe.
Training: Access to internal training sessions and the agency’s deep expertise.
If you are systematic, goal-oriented, and ready to convert your experience into real money following clear rules — we look forward to receiving your CV!
About the Company: Our client is a prominent international product company operating in the financial technology and online trading sector. With a global presence (offices in the UK, UAE, and the EU) and a team of over 600 professionals, they are currently transforming their system architecture and expanding their product team. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of their payment solutions and infrastructure.
What You Will Do:
- Drive product discovery: conduct user interviews, market analysis, hypothesis validation, and competitor research.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog with a strong focus on key business metrics (revenue growth, user retention).
- Create clear and comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, User Stories, JTBD, acceptance criteria).
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, analysts, designers, and top management.
- Track product metrics to ensure steady growth and high performance.
- Monitor changes in the payments landscape, including regulatory requirements and emerging market trends.
What We Expect:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- At least 3 years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or the broader Fintech domain.
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and hands-on experience with payment orchestration systems.
- Strong proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or Metabase).
- Ability to decompose complex tasks and apply effective prioritization frameworks.
- Languages: Fluent Russian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
What the Company Offers:
- Competitive salary up to ~€100,000 gross per year.
- Full relocation support to Limassol, Cyprus, including a one-time relocation bonus of €3,000.
- Flexible onboarding: the option to work fully remotely (as a contractor) for the first few months while relocation documents are processed.
- Hybrid work format: Mandatory office presence in Limassol with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week. Additionally, you are granted up to 60 days a year to work fully remotely from anywhere in the world.
- Flexible working hours (morning start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM).
