Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (front-end focus) to join a European AI start-up that builds AI agents to help businesses analyse large amounts of information and make complex decisions. The product is built around reliability, transparency and user control, and is already in production with enterprise clients in the financial sector.

We are looking for a Mid+/Senior-level engineer who will become the team’s front-end reference.

In this role, you will develop the platform end to end, from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend services, working closely with AI engineers and the product team to turn agentic capabilities into practical tools for business users.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience;
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript;
• Strong, confident front-end skills with React;
• Backend development experience with js, APIs and databases;
• Experience with structured deliveries on large projects for large clients;
• Ability to take ownership of features from design through deployment;
• Collaborative mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in a start-up environment;
• English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI agents, LLM APIs or agentic frameworks;
• Familiarity with Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, build and maintain features across the frontend and backend;
• AI Interfaces: Develop responsive interfaces for interacting with AI agents and reviewing their outputs;
• APIs & Integrations: Build APIs, manage databases and connect external services and data sources;
• Agentic Workflows: Integrate agentic workflows into the product, including task execution, progress tracking and user validation;
• Engineering Quality: Contribute to code reviews, testing and technical decisions, with attention to performance, security and maintainability.
