We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for a US-based product company. The company has spent two decades in the consumer market and a few years ago launched a dedicated corporate line. That business combines artificial intelligence with review by qualified human experts. It serves large organizations in industries where a wrong answer is costly: insurance, healthcare and law. The solutions are built directly into those clients’ own products.
The opportunity
You’ll lead one of the initiatives within the corporate business, end to end. That starts with talking to clients and deciding which problem is worth solving, and runs through launch and measuring what changed. The focus leans toward research and shaping the product, but you’ll also see your work through to release. You won’t manage people, but you’ll have a dedicated development team behind you.
What your days will look like
- Meeting directly with large US clients to understand their needs, and backing the sales team during deal conversations.
- Turning what you learn into hypotheses, scoping first versions and writing requirements.
- Setting quarterly goals and the product plan together with the AI team.
- Guiding the development team to release, then tracking usage and business results.
- Keeping clients, engineers, sales and leadership pulling in the same direction.
What you bring
- 5+ years as a Product Manager at a product company, with genuine responsibility for outcomes.
- Background in business-facing products such as SaaS tools, platforms or corporate software.
- At least one product or line of business you helped take from idea to launch.
- Comfort speaking with clients directly and partnering closely with sales.
- Sound judgment when requirements are still taking shape.
- Fluent spoken English (C1), since you’ll talk with American clients every week.
- Confident everyday use of AI tools.
Extra points for
- Experience on both business-facing and consumer-facing products.
- Work on generative AI products, or building quick prototypes to test ideas.
- Exposure to insurance, healthcare or legal tech.
- Hands-on experience with product experiments and A/B tests.
What’s offered
- Fully remote work from Ukraine. You need to be based in Ukraine.
- Contractor engagement (FOP), paid in USD.
- Flexible hours shifted toward the evening, roughly 11:00 to 20:00–21:00 Kyiv time, to overlap with US colleagues and clients.
- A strong product team and a chance to shape a fast-growing corporate business.
