We are looking for a Functional Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join an international team working on the development and optimization of business applications.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure the D365 Finance & Operations platform, design solutions, and support the implementation of improvements across finance, supply chain, and other business processes.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and IT to understand business needs and processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Understand business development plans and help identify solutions that support future growth.
- Design, document, and maintain functional solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Perform standard and advanced system configuration and demonstrate proposed solutions to business users.
- Identify functional gaps and prepare corresponding solution design documentation.
- Test new configurations and customizations to ensure they work correctly within existing business processes.
- Coordinate user validation activities and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide functional consulting and second-level support to users.
- Analyze and manage support requests and tickets.
- Participate in Change and Release Management processes.
- Prepare release notes and other project documentation.
- Manage tasks and work items using Azure DevOps / Jira.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on experience participating in D365 Finance & Operations implementation projects.
- Good knowledge of standard D365 functionality and business processes, particularly in Finance.
- Experience with several of the following areas:
- General Ledger and accounting structures;
- Accounting periods and period closing;
- Accounts Payable;
- Accounts Receivable;
- Manufacturing accounting;
- Inventory accounting, including closing, adjustments, revaluation, counting, and posting;
- Cost accounting;
- Tax accounting and related business processes;
- Electronic Reporting.
- Experience with Subscription Billing would be an advantage.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management processes is a plus.
- Experience working with integrated business systems and understanding how different processes and modules interact.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience creating user stories, user manuals, release notes, and other functional documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical language.
- Experience organizing and supporting User Acceptance Testing and other validation activities.
- Knowledge of UML or BPMN would be an advantage.
- A technical background is a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Ability to independently research and identify appropriate solutions.
- Attention to detail, self-organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
