Our client is a Ukrainian product IT company in the FinTech industry and one of the leaders in its market segment. The company builds convenient, transparent financial solutions, and its core product is a mobile app used by customers across Ukraine.

Work format
- Location: Kyiv, office in a business center a short walk from the metro
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 1–2 days remote
- Working hours: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
- The probation period is fully on-site
What you’ll do
- Support and maintain the cloud services
- Support the network infrastructure across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments
- Maintain the company’s hardware fleet
- Work with SIEM and Endpoint Protection services
- Test and implement new technologies
- Automate routine processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Lead technical meetings with vendors and contractors
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in system administration / IT operations
- Strong hands-on administration of Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Hetzner)
- Experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM, monitoring and fault-tolerance systems
- Experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and knowledge of risk assessment methods
- Solid knowledge of network protocols and technologies
- Ability to document processes and automate routine tasks
- Team and project management skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of Docker, containerization and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience is a plus, but not required: the team is ready to help you grow in this area
- Certifications (Windows, Unix, Cloud, Security, etc.)

- Self-organization and discipline
- Ability to find information and solve problems independently
- Willingness to learn and grow across different technologies
